Last updated: October 6, 2026
Welcome to YourDigitalMarketer.pro. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, or engaging YourDigitalMarketer for paid media services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Services
YourDigitalMarketer provides digital advertising and paid media management services, which may include:
- Google Ads management
- Meta and Instagram advertising
- YouTube advertising
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing) management
- Campaign strategy and development
- Keyword and audience strategy
- Remarketing
- Creative recommendations
- Campaign optimization
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Full-funnel advertising analysis
The specific services provided will depend on the plan selected, the client's advertising needs, and any additional services agreed upon.
Service plans
Each service plan includes a three-month minimum commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. This initial period allows campaigns sufficient time to complete platform learning periods, collect meaningful performance data, and adapt to ongoing strategy and optimization.
After the initial three-month period, services automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. If you feel you are no longer receiving sufficient value from the service, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There is no additional long-term commitment after the initial three-month period.
Payments
Service fees are due according to the pricing and billing terms associated with the selected plan. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. By purchasing a service, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your selected plan.
Unless otherwise stated, advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, or Microsoft is separate from YourDigitalMarketer's management fees. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods for both management fees and advertising platform charges.
Advertising budgets
The client is responsible for determining and approving advertising budgets. YourDigitalMarketer may provide recommendations regarding budget allocation, campaign structure, and advertising strategy, but final budget decisions remain with the client.
Advertising spend is generally paid directly to the applicable advertising platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No guarantee of results
Digital advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside the control of YourDigitalMarketer, including:
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Advertising platform algorithms
- Website performance
- Product or service demand
- Pricing
- Sales processes
- Creative assets
- Budget levels
- Customer behavior
YourDigitalMarketer will make reasonable efforts to improve campaign performance and achieve the client's stated objectives, but no specific level of revenue, leads, conversions, return on ad spend, or other results can be guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary to perform services. This may include:
- Access to advertising accounts
- Website access when required

Delays in providing required information or account access may affect campaign setup, optimization, or performance. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their products, services, claims, websites, and business practices comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

YourDigitalMarketer may manage campaigns on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing). These platforms operate independently and may change their policies, algorithms, features, pricing, approval processes, or account requirements at any time.
YourDigitalMarketer is not responsible for platform outages, account suspensions, policy changes, ad disapprovals, algorithm changes, or other actions taken by third-party advertising platforms.

- Budgets
- Bids
- Keywords
- Audiences
- Targeting
- Placements
- Creative recommendations
- Campaign structure
- Ad formats
- Scheduling
Clients will retain ownership and control of their advertising accounts unless otherwise agreed.
Reporting
Performance reporting may include advertising platform data, analytics data, and other available sources. Reporting accuracy depends on the information provided by third-party platforms and tracking systems. Differences may occasionally occur between advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and other reporting sources.
Creative services
Creative recommendations or creative development may be included depending on the selected service plan. Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for confirming that creative assets, trademarks, images, videos, claims, and other materials they provide are authorized for use.
Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of their existing business materials, trademarks, logos, advertising accounts, and content. YourDigitalMarketer retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, strategies, internal tools, methodologies, and materials created independently of a specific client engagement.
Once all applicable fees have been paid, clients may use deliverables specifically created for their business unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
YourDigitalMarketer will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information provided during the course of an engagement. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary strategies, internal materials, or confidential information belonging to YourDigitalMarketer without permission.

YourDigitalMarketer may display generalized examples of past work, industry experience, campaign strategies, and performance results for portfolio or marketing purposes. Any confidential client information will not be intentionally disclosed without appropriate permission.
Performance examples are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed future results.
Cancellation
After the initial three-month commitment, clients may cancel services by providing 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for completed or ongoing service periods are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balances incurred before the effective cancellation date.
